Phase assignments for the 2025–26 titles have shifted more than once in Marvel's own communications. Treat the boundary between Five and Six as approximate.

Roughly 70% of what's above is on-screen fact.

Another 20% is inference from what's depicted or from well-sourced reporting.

The remaining 10% is genuinely uncertain, and it clusters in four places rather than being spread evenly: anything about Brand New Day's scene-level content, the Sadie Sink / Jean Grey question, Doomsday's plot mechanics, and the Phase 7 slate. I've marked all of it rather than smoothing it over.

Three genuine holes that are Marvel's, not mine:

1. Howard Stark's vibranium. Klaue's theft from Wakanda is dated 1992, decades after the shield was made. Marvel has never explained the earlier supply chain.
2. How Steve Rogers stayed in the past. The directors and the screenwriters have publicly given contradictory answers, and Marvel has never picked one. With Chris Evans confirmed for Doomsday, whatever that film does will probably become the retroactive answer.
3. Returning the Soul Stone. Rogers goes back to Vormir. Natasha does not come back. The film never addresses how you return a Stone that cost a life, and nothing since has either.

And the one thing most worth carrying into December: Doom is not a villain-of-the-week. In the comics he is the Fantastic Four's antagonist first, and the fact that First Steps ends with him standing silently over Franklin Richards is the actual load-bearing setup — more than anything in Quantumania or Loki. Watch that mid-credits scene twice.
