He resurfaces in Shang-Chi (film, 2021) living in Wenwu's compound, and again in Wonder Man (series, 2026) as a free man after a decade inside.
Simon Williams (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) is a struggling second-generation Haitian-American actor auditioning for the lead in a remake of a superhero film called Wonder Man, directed by Von Kovak. He has innate superpowers he conceals, in an industry that has blacklisted superbeings and a society turning hostile to them.
