Spider-Man: Homecoming

Peter Parker, fifteen, in Queens, mentored remotely and badly by Tony Stark via Happy Hogan. He's desperate to be an Avenger.

The villain is Adrian Toomes / Vulture — a salvage contractor whose company was destroyed when Stark's Department of Damage Control took the Battle of New York cleanup contract, and who now sells weapons built from alien tech. The film's best structural move is that Toomes is his date's father, and works it out during the drive to homecoming.

Parker turns down a place on the Avengers, choosing to stay local. Establishes Ned Leeds, MJ, and Aunt May — who learns his identity in the final seconds.
