  1. The post-credits scene only: she and Pietro in Strucker's cells, the first sight of either of them.

  2. Wanda and her twin brother Pietro are Sokovian volunteers, experimented on by HYDRA using Loki's scepter. The guide is precise about what this did: she was born with latent chaos magic, and the Stone unlocked it rather than created it. Pietro had no innate magic, which is why he got superspeed and she got everything else.

  3. Her twin dies in the evacuation of Sokovia. To head off the most common mix-up in the franchise: Wanda has no sister. Pietro is her brother, he dies here, and the Pietro who turns up in WandaVision is an impostor — a local man named Ralph Bohner, cast by Agatha as a joke.

  4. After Sokovia and a botched operation in Lagos where Wanda's containment of a bomb kills Wakandan aid workers, 117 nations draft the Sokovia Accords: enhanced individuals must operate under UN authority or retire.
Open Captain America: Civil War →
  5. She holds off the entire battle with one hand while destroying the Mind Stone — and Vision — with the other. Thanos then uses the Time Stone to reverse the last few seconds locally, restores Vision intact, and rips the Stone out of his skull while he is alive and conscious. It is the cruellest beat in the franchise, and it is why WandaVision makes sense.

  6. Back through the portals, and the only fighter who has Thanos beaten one to one. He shells his own position to stop her.
    Open Avengers: Endgame →
  7. Unable to process Vision's death, she unconsciously takes a New Jersey town and rewrites reality inside a hexagonal field, giving herself a living Vision and twin sons. Three thousand civilians live inside her grief as puppets, aware and screaming.
    Open WandaVision →
  8. She dismantles the Hex, losing Vision and her children in the process, then takes the Darkhold and withdraws to study it. The book does not grant power neutrally — it corrupts the reader while convincing them they are thinking clearly. Agatha warns her explicitly. She reads it anyway.
    Open WandaVision →
  9. Hunting America Chavez for the power to reach a universe where her children exist, she kills the entire Illuminati. America turns it around by giving her what she wanted — a meeting with the 838 versions of her sons, who are terrified of her. She destroys every copy of the Darkhold across every universe and collapses Mount Wundagore on herself. No body is shown and a scream is audible from the rubble, so Marvel deliberately left it ambiguous. Elizabeth Olsen is not listed for Doomsday.
