A synthezoid built from J.A.R.V.I.S., Ultron's vibranium body and the Mind Stone, which sits in his forehead and powers him. He can alter his density to phase or become immovable, fly, and fire a beam from the Stone — and that Stone is why he dies twice in one minute.

Stark and Banner wanted to put J.A.R.V.I.S. in it; Rogers objected violently, having just watched them create Ultron by exactly this method. Thor ended the argument by striking the cradle with lightning. What emerged was neither.
