Laura

Hawkeye retires to his hidden farm with Laura and their children. He is in Civil War — Rogers calls him out of retirement to break Wanda out of the compound — but he's imprisoned on the Raft, then takes a plea deal and house arrest, which is why he's absent from Infinity War.

"Ronin" is not an organisation, it's an identity Clint invents. After the Snap kills Laura and all three of his children in front of him, he abandons the Hawkeye name and spends five years travelling the world murdering criminals who survived and he felt didn't deserve to — yakuza, cartels, mafias. Natasha finds him in Tokyo and brings him back.

Laura Barton is revealed to be a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, Agent 19 — Mockingbird.

Logan (2017) — 2029. Mutants are nearly extinct. Xavier has a degenerative brain condition that causes lethal psychic seizures. Logan is dying of adamantium poisoning. He escorts a young clone, Laura / X-23, to safety and dies doing it.

The TVA determines that the Fox universe (Earth-10005) is dying because its anchor being — Logan — died in Logan. The universe is scheduled for erasure. The villain is Cassandra Nova, Xavier's twin sister, exiled to the Void — the junkyard reality at the end of time where the TVA dumps pruned timelines. There they find survivors of discarded franchises: Elektra, Blade, Gambit, X-23, and the Human Torch from the 2000s Fantastic Four films.

Wolverine: yes, permanently. He is a variant recruited from an entirely different reality, and at the end of the film he stays on Earth-10005 — Wade's world — rather than going home. His own universe is written off as a lost cause, and he becomes the new anchor being of this one. Laura / X-23 stays too; the final scene has both of them in Wade's living room with Blind Al and Vanessa.
