Scott Lang

Scott Lang, a burglar fresh out of prison, is recruited by Hank Pym to steal a shrinking suit before Pym's protégé Darren Cross can weaponise the technology. The heist is a heist: Lang, Hank, Hope and a crew of Scott's former cellmates break into Pym Technologies to steal the suit and destroy the research.

Recruited by Wilson for the airport fight, where he goes giant for the first time and enjoys it enormously.

In the mid-credits scene, Scott goes into the Quantum Realm to collect healing particles for Ghost, with Hank, Janet, and Hope operating the tunnel from a van on the surface. Hank and Scott are never Ant-Man simultaneously. Hank was the original in the 1980s, retired, and handed the suit to Scott in 2015.

The survivors are: Rogers, Stark, Thor, Banner, Romanoff, Barton, Rhodey, Nebula, Rocket, Carol Danvers, Okoye, Pepper Potts, M'Baku, Wong, Happy Hogan — and Scott Lang, stranded and unaccounted for. Scott Lang escapes the Quantum Realm — five hours for him, five years for everyone else — and realises time works differently down there.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (FILM, 2023) — The Lang and Pym families are pulled into the Quantum Realm, revealed to contain an entire hidden civilisation.
