THE BLIP AND THE RETURN — The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2024)
Sam meets Isaiah Bradley, whose story is the show's moral centre. In the 1950s the US government tested serum derivatives on Black soldiers without consent. Bradley was already a super-soldier and fought in Korea. When he went off-book to rescue captured men, he was court-martialled, imprisoned for thirty years, experimented on throughout, and erased from the records. The government told his wife he was dead.
THE ROAD TO DOOM — Captain America: Brave New World (2025)
Ross resigns, accepts imprisonment at the Raft — the same floating prison where he once locked up Team Cap — and reconciles with Betty. Isaiah Bradley is freed from prison. The adamantium treaty passes.

WHERE EVERYONE STANDS RIGHT NOW — The current Avengers-shaped organisations
Likely
- Sam Wilson's Avengers — Sam as Captain America, Joaquín Torres as Falcon, and Isaiah Bradley as an ally rather than an operative. Small, and being rebuilt since Brave New World
- The New Avengers — Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, John Walker, Ghost, Alexei Shostakov, Bob Reynolds/Sentry — operating from the rebranded Avengers Tower, "the Watchtower," with Valentina de Fontaine nominally in charge and actually under their control
